Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit & Marital Status

• For 10+2 candidates: Unmarried, born between 02 July 2005 to 02 July 2009.
• For Diploma/B.Sc Pharmacy holders:
  • Unmarried: Born between 02 July 2002 to 02 July 2007
  • Married: Born between 02 July 2002 to 02 July 2005
• Maximum age at the time of enrolment:
  • 21 years (for 10+2 qualification)
  • 24 years (for Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy)

2. Educational Qualification

• 10+2 (Medical Stream):
  • Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with minimum 50% aggregate and 50% in English.
  • OR Passed two years’ vocational course with the above subjects and same marks criteria.
• Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy:
  • 10+2 with PCB and English (min 50% in aggregate and English)
  • Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy with minimum 50% aggregate
  • Must have valid registration with State Pharmacy Council or PCI at the time of enrolment

Medical & Physical Standards

Note: LASIK/PRK treated candidates are not eligible. No tattoos except specific tribal/sikh exceptions allowed.

Selection Process

Phase I: Online Test

• Objective test (45 minutes) on:
  • English (10+2 CBSE level)
  • Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA)
• Marking:
  • +1 for correct answer
  • 0 for unattempted
  • -0.25 for wrong answer

Phase II: Physical Fitness & Adaptability Test

• PFT-I: 1.6 km run within 7 mins (for 10+2) / 7.5 mins (Pharmacy holders)
• PFT-II:
  • 10 Push-ups (1 min)
  • 10 Sit-ups (1 min)
  • 20 Squats (1 min)
• Adaptability Test I & II: To assess military adaptability

Phase III: Medical Examination

Includes:

• Blood & Urine tests
• Chest X-ray, ECG, Vision and Dental checks
• Must be physically & mentally fit to serve anywhere in any climate

Pay, Perks & Benefits

• Stipend during training: ₹14,600/month
• Post-training Pay: ₹26,900/month + MSP + DA
